Wedding Day Coverage

Every wedding is unique and I love customizing coverage to fit your needs. The most common package begins at $2,500 and includes all the necessities: 7 hours of consecutive coverage, professional edited digital images (minimum of 50/hr), online gallery for viewing/downloading/sharing, as well as the option to purchase professional quality prints and products.   • Engagement Session: $300 for 1 hour session or $150 for 20 minute session

Q: I’d love to book, now what?
A: Couples book up to 2 years in advance. Contact me to confirm that your date is available. I love to get to know my couples to ensure that we’ll be a great fit. Fun, unique, a little quirky, and up for adventure are my kind of people! :-D I require a $750 non-refundable retainer to book your date along with a signed contract, all done electronically. Remaining balance all due 2 weeks prior to wedding date.

Q: We’re unsure if we should add an engagement session to our package. Why do you recommend it?
A: Think of the engagement session as the trial run to the portraits that will be taken on your wedding day. It gives you and your partner a chance to warm up to the camera and get comfortable being photographed and warm up to the idea of a tiny bit of PDA. ;-) Many of my couples love to use their engagement photos for Save the Dates and incorporate them into their wedding. With that said, I understand if due to location (some of my couples live far away and travel “home” for their wedding, or due to cost, an engagement session isn’t in the cards for you. No problem! I would still love to meet over ice cream, pizza, coffee, or talk over the phone to get to know each other and hear more about your big day!

Q: Speaking of an Engagement Session...What are the differences between the two options?
A: A full engagement session is roughly 1 hour in length and you’ll receive 40 edited digital images. You are welcome to change outfits and visit two locations. Want to adventure to a romantic location and stand under a waterfall? You’ll want the full hour session! Travel over 60 miles will incur travel fee. Just looking for a few photos and don’t have any exotic location dreams, the 20 minute engagement session may be perfect for you. You’ll receive 15 edited digital images and the session will take place near Selinsgrove, PA.

Q: We don’t know how many hours of coverage we’ll need. Can we add more later?
A: Absolutely! I love to help my couples create a timeline to ensure the day flows smoothly and so you don’t feel rushed through portraits. I typically begin coverage 2 hours before the ceremony begins which allows enough time to photograph the details like wedding dress hanging and jewelry before being put on as well as both parties getting ready. If the getting ready locations are distant from one another as well as from the ceremony location, it may be necessary to begin coverage a little earlier or add a second photographer. We can discuss what you feel will work best for you and what you want coverage of.

Q: How far do you travel for weddings?
A: I typically stay in PA but would love to hear about your destination wedding plans! The more unique the better! :-) Weddings over 60 miles from 17870 are subject to a $100 travel fee. If due to the distance a hotel stay is necessary, additional fees will be discussed.
